GUARANTY POLICY & PAYMENT PLAN

A valid credit card is required as form of guaranty at time of booking. Furthermore, an applicable advance deposit as guaranty may vary according to the period of your reservation. Full accommodation charges will be charged according to the cancelation policy.

 

DEPOSIT & CANCELATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your reservation once it has been confirmed, you must follow the procedure outlined in your booking confirmation.

Please note that certain reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancelation once the reservation has been confirmed. If the reason for your cancelation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

Special Offers on Non-refundable Rates for all Seasons:

A non-refundable deposit of the full stay is required at the time of booking. Room charges are subject to 7% Municipality Fee, 10 Service Charge, 5% VAT and a ‘Tourism Dirham Fee’ of AED 20 per One Bedroom apartment per night and AED 40 per Two Bedroom apartment per night.

For Low Season:

May to August

  • A valid credit card is required as form of guarantee at time of booking. Total charge for reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
  • And online payment link will be sent to process the payment.
  • Credit card used for payment must be presented by the card holder upon check-in with passport or ID for verification.

For High Season: 

January to April

September to December

  • A valid credit card is required as form of guarantee at time of booking. Total charge for reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • And online payment link will be sent to process the payment.
  • Credit card used for payment must be presented by the card holder upon check-in with passport or ID for verification.

For Peak Season:

Festive Season: 26th December to 7th January

  • Dubai Expo 2020:  17th October to 25th December, 2020 & 8th January – 11th April, 2021
  • One (1) night deposit is required upon reservations.
  • A valid credit card is required as form of guarantee at time of booking. Total charge for reservation will be charged twenty-eight (28) days prior to arrival.
  • And online payment link will be sent to process the payment.
  • Credit card used for payment must be presented by the card holder upon check-in with passport or ID for verification.

Reservations are considered confirmed only after processing and approval of credit card deposit.

 

BOOKING OPTION

If you would like to book multiple rooms, please make sure to use a different name for each room, otherwise the duplicate name reservation may be canceled by the hotel.

Note:

To check -in at the Ghaya Grand Hotel Dubai, at least one guest must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid credit card in their name. If under 18, the guest must be travelling with a party where one guest is 18 or older and is the credit card holder for all reservations.

 A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made constitutes a cancellation. Please see CANCELLATION / NO SHOWS policy.

PRICES

The of your reservation and the terms upon which payment, changes and cancelations are made will vary accordingly to your room, booking type and other factors, and you will be notified of these terms at the time of booking. Please note that all rates are subject to availability.

Our prices are based on a ‘dynamic pricing’ model and will therefore fluctuate depending on supply and demand. The price of your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking and shall not be amended in case of rate fluctuation between the date you booked yaourt stay and your arrival. You must always check the price at the time of booking.

Unless stated otherwise on the site, additional services (breakfast, half board or full board etc.) are not included in the price. Tourism Dirham Fees (TDF), specified on the rates page, must be paid directly to the hotel, with exception of online prepayments where this amount may be included.

Prices will also vary depending on the currency chosen by you for payment and any exchange rate differences. Conversion into foreign currency is given as an indication and is non-contractual. If a rate states that payment is to be made on arrival at or departure from the hotel, the rate debited by the hotel may different from that indicated when the reservation was made, on account of a possible difference between the exchange rate on the date of reservation and the dates of the hotel stay.

We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices.

The price of your confirmed reservation is subject at all times to the correction of errors and changes arising from government action such as changes in service charge, municipality fees and VAT, and changes in the exchange rates of currency – we reserve the right to pass on to you any increases in the price of your confirmed reservation as a result. 

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Note: Please be advised that all taxes or any introduction of new fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Ghaya Grand Hotel room rates are based on double occupancy.  Additional guest aged 12 years and above is subject to AED 150 per room per night. This is subject to the maximum occupancy policy of the room type.

 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

The Ghaya Grand Hotel   can arrange your private transfer from or to your airport of arrival with applicable charges;

  • From or to Dubai International Airport – Ghaya Grand Hotel AED 250 per car per way (max 3 persons) AED 500 per car per way (4-9 persons)
  • From or to Al Maktoum Airport- Ghaya Grand Hotel AED 250 per car per way (max 3 persons) or AED 500 per car per way (4-9 persons)
  • From or to Abu Dhabi International Airport- Ghaya Grand Hotel AED 500 per car per way (max 3 persons) or AED 700 per car per way (4-9 persons)

In order to confirm your airport transfer please provide your complete and precise arrival and/or departure details at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to your travelling date. Please note that airport transfers will be guaranteed to your credit card or to the company and will be charged in case of a no-show

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check in time is 14:00 hours/2:00pm. Although we will always try to provide rooms on arrival, we are unable to guarantee a room available prior to this time unless the room is reserved from the night before.
  • Check out time is 12:00 hours/12 noon. For late departures, a reservation for one additional night accommodation is recommended.

 

EARLY DEPARTURES

Early departures will be assessed 100% per night for early departure. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.

 

NO SHOWS

In the event of no show (i.e. if you neither use or cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be levied.

All fees and penalties are inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10 Service Charge, 5% VAT. Should you fail to travel and use the accommodations and services in your travel package, all fees and charges imposed by Ghaya Grand Hotel or other suppliers will still apply.

All members of the travel party must present a valid passport when traveling to and from United Arab Emirates, please contact the UAE Embassy or Consulate for more details.

 

IF WE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

We may cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice

(including by email) if you fail to make all payments applicable to your reservation in full and on time, or you otherwise breach a material term of these booking conditions. This is in addition to any other legal rights and remedies we may have as a result of your breach of contract.

We may in exception circumstances be required to cancel your reservation due to ‘Force Majeure’. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible; and if you already paid for your reservation, we refund your payment to you.

For the purpose of this clause, ‘Force Majeure’ means any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid as result of which we cannot provide you with your room.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of making your reservation. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the hotel is not confirmation that request will be met, unless the request has been specifically confirmed.

 

DISABILITIES AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS

If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please inform us before you make your reservation and our team can advise suitability of the chosen room. In any event you must give full details in writing at the time of making your reservation. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline the reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when we become aware of these details.

 

COMPLAINS

If you wish to make complain during your stay, please inform the duty manager immediately who will endeavor to put things right.

 

BEHAVIOR

When you make reservation, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for such damage or loss must be paid directly to the hotel at the time. Ghaya Grand Hotel reserve the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct, where justified in their reasonable opinion. No refunds will be given.

 

OUR LIABILITY

We will not be responsible or pay any compensation for any injury, death, illness, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description if it results from:

  • The act and /or omission of the person affected;
  • The act and /or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of the accommodation contracted for and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable;
  • An event which we could not, even with all due care, have foreseen or forestalled;
  • Unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

We will not accept responsibility for services or facilities which do not form part of our contract with you. Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are at the hotel are not part of your contacted arrangements with us.
